Optimal 4 wk prep for 100km bike ride

Hi all, I decided the only way to get back some physical fitness is to have a goal in mind. I have signed up for a 100 km (60 mile) bike ride in 4 weeks time. I haven't been on my bike for several months. Indeed, I haven't been to the gym either for almost six months. I have done one 100 km ride a few years ago, when I was regularly riding. I'm a 42 years old male, a little overweight (skinny-fat) and very de-trained.rnrnSo, any suggestions for the optimal prep for the upcoming 100 km ride?
