If you could only do three exercises throughout the week, what would they be?

What is the purpose behind the lifts? I know this question is under "Muscle Building", but are you lifting for power, size, strength or tone? The best overall mass builders are probably heavy Deads, Squats and Bench. For a more functional lean physique, high rep (or low rep, small rest interval) KB snatches or swings, pullups and pushups will do the trick nicely. A four exercise scheme with KB swings, pullups, squat thrusts (basically, a "burpee" with a pushup and an explosive jump at the end) and an ab exercise like the myotactic crunch or a "toes to bar" leg raise would work great. Especially with limited rest between circuits. You could substitute the Turkish Get Up for the squat thrusts.
Hope that gives you some ideas. It's good to mix things up anyway.

Probably would be the kettlebell swings, the myotatic crunch that Tim advocates, and the Yates Row (supinated grip).

deadlift because I like them
squats because I hate them
pullups because I can barely do them

Kettlebell swings
Something for leg-building like squats
Something for shoulders/upper body like overhead dumbbell press

I do one each day - Push ups, Sit Ups, Squats. I do them at random times and have built up from 25 push ups to 140, 20 sit ups to 130 and 10 squats to 70 since late May.

There is no death, only the DEAD LIFT!
If I could only do one exercise a week for total body (abs included) then dead lift is the king by far. Best mass builder and "toner" there is! A compliment of bench, and rows work nicely with it to on alternating days.
