What to do with almond milk?
I bought some almond milk, thinking it would be great for this diet, which I believe it is (correct me if I'm wrong). My question is: what can I do with it? What are some good recipes with almond milk included? I don't want to just drink it straight because, let's be real, it's not the same as milk, and I tried making chocolate milk with it last night but without sugar it didn't taste right.
So what can I do with this almond milk I purchased?

I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk with my casein protein powder shakes. I like throwing 1-2 TBSP of natural peanut butter in there too for a bit of extra flavor and calories.
If you aren't consuming any shakes currently for meal alternatives though, then I don't really have many recommendations. You could try putting a little in your eggs in the morning, it may make them a bit fluffier
