Rate my Breakfast!

Take 1/4 chopped white onion, 1 small chopped sweet pepper, toss into pan with a bit of olive oil. Wait until it smells good, add 3 eggs. Let settle, scramle them bastards. Heat up 1/2 can of black beans in a bowl, then combine. Add 1 tbs Medium salsa, 1 tbs guac, 1 tsp Sour Cream. Mix and eat!

PRETTY sure this covers the protein I need in the morning. I know the Sour Cream isn’t slow carb friendly, but I find it tastes SO MUCH better when I use that little bit. I don’t think that small amount is enough to wreck the benefits of the breakfast.
