Does anyone follow this program while supplementing it with other workouts? (cycling, yoga, barrys?)
I’ve been following the four hour body and have noticed so much weight gain (something I haven’t been able to achieve in years). I’m up fifteen pounds 5 weeks in, but I’d say about half of it is fat. I was only doing the two workouts with the kettlebell swings once a week but I think I have to start utilizing bootcamp classes or cycling… Does anyone have any recommendations?
