My 2-Year Journey on the Four-Hour Body
Back in March 2009, I was surfing the Internet, looking for new ideas on how to loose weight and I stumbled upon Tim Ferris' blog. As they say, the rest is history...

December 2010 at 260 Pounds:
Here is a pic that I took last weekend:
Right now, I am about 5 pounds or so from losing 100 pounds in 2 years. I plan on losing about 65-70 more. I'm only 5'11, and I've never been under 200 lbs before as an adult, and I hope to reach that goal before my 30th birthday in October.
It's definitely been one heck of a time and I've had plenty of trial and error, but I'm pleased with how I've done so far! This year, I have learned from the mistakes I was making last year, so I'm a lot happier with my progress so far than I was in 2010.

I look at your photos and read your story and can not stop thinking; what you did for yourself not only changed your body, but your spirit too.
Now, you are sharing it, and by doing that bringing motivation and inspiration to many. You went from guy that was just trying to get his life back on the track to somebody that people refer to when they say - "I want to do what he did, it is possible".
What I know is that you will not stop here and can not wait to see for what you will go for next. With strength of spirit you developed by doing this, I am sure sky is the limit .
Strength and honor.
Wow!!! Leon, you are AWESOME!!! These pics are so amazing! So glad you posted them. You will inspire and encourage so many more people than you imagine, I'm sure.
Hey, and it's October 2011 now..........HAVE A FANTASTIC THIRTIETH BIRTHDAY!!!!! Your 30's are going to be even happier, healthier, and "awesomer" than the 20's might have been!
