the 4HB diet worked like magic the 1st time, why isn't it working this time?!
I lost all my post pregnancy weight through the 4HB diet and went from flabby to fabulous in a few weeks. Stayed on it for over a year. I then experimented with veganism and gave up the diet. I’ve now resumed eating eggs cottage cheese and seafood so have gone back to the diet. But I haven’t lost any weight and it’s been a week! Could it be that soy/ tofu just don’t have enough protein? Or maybe I’m overdoing the supplements? I’m on PAGG plus magnesium, chromium, vitamin D, folic acid, omega 3 and fertility enhancing multivitamins.
