Any opinions on working micronized bcaa's into your workouts? Any negative impact to the 4hr regimen?

They will only help with rebuilding muscle - so no negative impact. I take them in my protein shakes.

Just like what 4 hour triathlete said, they're essential amino acids and are great for post-workouts. Since BCAAs contain isoleucine, valine, and leucine, they can spike your insulin levels though, so just be aware of that and don't eat massive quantities of food while taking them to minimize fat gain.
