List of portable slow carb foods!

anyone know of any good shelf stable slow carb foods and can be carried in a purse or bag?

heres some portable slow carb foods I've found for the travelers out there, add yours!:

dry roasted edamame (thanks to laura cox)

almonds

protein powder (pour into water bottle for an instant shake)

Tim also mentions Carrots and Celery. They are not as long lasting as the other, but they work. You can also buy almond butter packets from some stores.

ThinkThin protein bars are good (some of them are slow carb compatible)

Hard-boiled eggs are fantastic, if you aren't traveling too far from home.

Dry beans are good, if you are traveling a long way, and you know you will get somewhere with water and a stove to cook them on.

Dried/crispy soybeans are pretty good as well, for a crunchy snack.

Sunkist or Bumblebee tuna packets and canned beans. Also, lentils you can cook in the microwave.
