List of portable slow carb foods!
anyone know of any good shelf stable slow carb foods and can be carried in a purse or bag?
heres some portable slow carb foods I've found for the travelers out there, add yours!:
dry roasted edamame (thanks to laura cox)
protein powder (pour into water bottle for an instant shake)
ThinkThin protein bars are good (some of them are slow carb compatible)
Hard-boiled eggs are fantastic, if you aren't traveling too far from home.
Dry beans are good, if you are traveling a long way, and you know you will get somewhere with water and a stove to cook them on.
Dried/crispy soybeans are pretty good as well, for a crunchy snack.
