Going back to sleep before breakfast?

Anybody have any idea's on what the deal would be if I woke up briefly (a couple of minutes or so) and then fell back asleep for a couple of hours. Has the 30 minute breakfast idea been missed?

I read on here that the 30 minute rule is just to get you eating protein early, anybody got any thoughts on that?

I do this every day since I have a 9 month old. I have had great success. 9 inches lost and 24 pounds in 6 weeks. :)

I think it is just fine. I think the point is that you should not get up and start your day without fueling up first.

I doubt anyone who wakes up in the middle of the night to pee is eating breakfast then. It's when you actually start your day.
