Going back to sleep before breakfast?
Anybody have any idea's on what the deal would be if I woke up briefly (a couple of minutes or so) and then fell back asleep for a couple of hours. Has the 30 minute breakfast idea been missed?
I read on here that the 30 minute rule is just to get you eating protein early, anybody got any thoughts on that?
I was JUST wondering the same thing! I just started adding in the 30/30 this week, feel so much better! I usually wake up at 6 and snooze in and out until 650. I thought, "am I missing the 30 minute window if I am awake but not awake?" Thank you for asking the question, seems like we are cool if we eat as soon as we get OUT of bed.
