i think this is actually working!

So 4 weeks ago I decided to lose weight, I had previously tried scd so this time have gradually brought it in, I'm down 10lbs! I'm guessing some of it must be loss of water but still very happy!

a lot of the early weight is water but this is why the book highly recommends to monitor body fat and body water levels. It will be the only way you can really be certain of it. I invested in one and I'm super happy with it.
