Last 15 lbs

I've been on the four hour body for 18 months. Lost 61lbs (From 280-219).

My goal all along has been 200lbs. Stalled about 3 months ago. I really want to lose those last 19lbs.

I fooled around with the last mile, but it wasn't working for me.

I follow the 4hb very closely. I use the Loseit app to track food.

I started a new PAGG rotation 30 days ago, but it hasn't seemed to work as well as I thought it would.

As far as exercise, I am doing the Tapout workouts currently, and have done Insanity and the Asylum repeatedly since the beginning.

What am I missing?

Cheat days ar once every 7 days.

I definately eat enough of the slow carb meals.

Please help if you can.
