30-day?'s: combining with scd and occ.'s protocol
i've been doing the slow carb diet (scd) and occ.'s protocol, seeing size gains on the protocol (slower than i was expecting, but not getting smaller around the middle like i'd like with either.
so, my questions:
1) is this a replacement (temporary) of scd? should i keep doing the supplements/etc., diet-wise? i'd love it if this gets me where i want to be, then scd maintains me from there.
2) can i keep doing occ.'s protocol as i do this? if so, how does it integrate? if not, will i lose my gains? will i resume where i was when i stopped?
