Your holiday's plan
The holiday's are on us what is your plan for beating them.
Thanksgiving - Move cheat day to Thursday, weight and tape in the AM.
Christmas - We are going to my family's for a week (22-28 Dec) first time taking my wife there to meet the clan(it has been 10 years I figure I am keeping her might want to show her off)
and this is a big even for the clan, so we are planing to forgo strict following for that week, and hitting it hard on the return.

I've moved my cheat day for that week to Thursday too so I can enjoy thanksgiving, but to give myself an extra day in between, I've moved up my cheat day for this week to friday instead of saturday. This way I get 6 days before the holiday. After that i'm going a full 9 days until saturday the week after to reset my saturday cheat days. This changes for christmas. I'm hispanic so we celebrate the night before, so I moved my cheat day back a few days until christmas eve. My birthday is on the 26th but I'll keep it slow carb until the next saturday which is when I will celebrate my birthday.
I'm still debating whether I should just have my cheat day this Saturday, and stick with the diet during thanksgiving and not change anything. I guess when Saturday comes around, if I'm not in any urgency to cheat, I will just skip my cheat day on Saturday and enjoy Thanksgiving...I haven't given much thought about Christmas yet...I need to survive thanksgiving first. 😉
