stalled in West Chester
Started 07/05/2012 went form 248 to 217 by 10/05 but have stayed there more or less for the last month. (Got as low as 214.)
Not using artificial sweetener in my cappuccino using half soy and half almond milk with a little vanilla now.
Drinking the water 3L/ day, 2 eggs and egg substitute (now egg whites) and some onions and sweet peppers for breakfast. Grilled chicken salad for lunch. Meat and 2 vegs. for dinner.
Not a big wine guy but maybe 2 or 3 glasses of red per week.
I have Rt. knee replaced 11/10 and rotator cuff surgery on 07/12/12 so I'm not looking forward to exercise.
