20 days in.....18 lbs down
Basically kept things simple as per the book, same type of meals, same timing of everything.....no exercise as I have been fighting a cold for pretty much all 20 days.
Going forward I know that water intake needs to be upped as well as cutting out any nut intake.
sugar free jello is a great treat at the end of the day.
I have not given up cheese and will probably do so in week intervals to see if anything changes later on.
totally focused and enjoying a cheat day today
