Exercises for women with the best results?
OK I'm 3 weeks into the 4HB, I've had slow weight loss but been happy as its been consistent. The last few days I have hit a complete plateau so decided its time to step up some exercises. I've been doing the Kettlebell swings 3 times a week up until now.
Can anyone recommend an exercise regime that has shown good results? Both in weight loss and toning??
