I just destroyed a tablespoon of Almond butter!
After eating my delicious slow carb chicken soup (with lentils and verggies) that my wife prepared I kept staring at these chocolate chip cookies she also made (for the kids...not sure why since it's Halloween candy night)...and I was starting to get cravings.
Instead I just destroyed (by eating) a tablespoon (and a half ) of Almond butter...I feel much better now and I'm ready to defy the candy night!
