Calories! Can you eat too little?

I am really enjoying the 4 hour body. And this platform is teaching me so much.

Quick question. I am wondering if I am actually eating enough calories each day.

Here is my program:

BFAST 8:00am

2 Eggs & 3 Egg White

1 tablespoon of Macadamia Oil

Steamed Broccoli

1/4 cup of beans

LUNCH 1:30pm

Salad/Vegetable

Chicken (grilled--on salad)

Egg white on Salad

Red Wine Vinegar

DINNER 7:30pm

Roasted Chicken

Salad

Broccoli

2 Bene-Fibers with water

PAGG

I drink around 6 liters+ of water a day

I may add 1 scoop of Almond Butter in the evening.

Is this enough calories?

My height is 5' 9"

My current weight is 215

I am trying to get to 175.

I've heard that you want to keep your calories over 1,000 per day to prevent your metabolism from downregulating.

Do you feel satiated after eating your food?

including the calories and protein breakdown in your post will make it easier for people to evaluate. Depending on the size of eggs you are using for breakfast you may well not be hitting the 30 Gram protein mark.

I would be starving if I had your lunch and dinner. I generally eat 1 cup of beans/lentils for breakfast, 1 cup for lunch and 1 cup for dinner. Plus vegetables (usually spinach and broccoli) and protein (eggs, egg whites).

I don't know about you, but I can't stay for a long time on a diet if I am always hungry. Of course each person feels differently and needs a different amount of food, but you should eat enough legumes to feel satiated after a meal.
