When to start PAGG stack?
I've been doing the SCD for three weeks now and began PAGG simultaneous to the SCD. I"m getting close to starting Occam's Protocol, as I'm close to my target weight of fat loss. My question is after reading through various threads here, when should someone start the PAGG stack? I love the book, but the timing of some of the protocols are not crystal clear. And, how long are people staying on the PAGG stack?? Many thanks!
