SCD and testosterone experiment
I was thinking of trying the nighttime cholesterol/testosterone for a while (week or two) here's my plan
Bedtime- One duck egg yolk 600G Cholesterol and one jumbo egg yolk 270G Cholesterol for 870G cholesterol.
thoughts? would this negatively affect my SCD weight loss?
seems like it might not be a bad thing- the fat might help with sleep and the sulfur is good for the liver....
