After burn training and Slow Carb Diet
I just signed up to this online training course for After Burn Training (see) and was wondering if any of you were doing anything comparative while at the same time following the slow carb diet? The guys at Sixpack Shortcuts say you should eat carbs after each training session, but I'm keen to try combining their program (very intensive hardcore workouts that leave you still burning calories between workouts, hence the name) with the slow carb diet.
