AGG stack raised my blood sugar levels! Heeeelp!

After reading the book I was excited to get my own BG meter and do some tests.

I bought some bagels (200 cal, 40g carbs), I tested my fasting BG in the morning, ate my toasted bagel with tsp becel margarine, and then tested 30 mins, 1 hr, 1.5 hrs, 2hrs, 3hrs, and then 4hrs afterwards.

Day 1 of bagel testing, my fasting BG prior to bagel was 4.8 (86mg/dl) and then after eating the bagel peaked between 30mins and 1 hour at about 6.5 mmol/l (138 mg/dl) then returned to base about 3-4hrs after.

Day 2 of bagel testing, I repeated the exact test to see if results were similar and they were. Fasting BG was 4.4 mmol/l (80 mg/dl), peaked at 6.5 again about 30mins-1 hr after ingestion and then returned to base 3-4 hrs later.

Day 3, I took AGG 30mins before testing BG. Test showed 4.3 mmol/l (78 mg/dl). I then ate my same bagel and 2 tsp becel.

This time after 30 mins of eating the bagel, my BG was 7.1 mmol/l (128 mg/dl). Highest Ive seen it so far! at an hour it was still at 6.4 (116). At 2 hrs it was back up to 6.7 (120).

What gives? Should I not continue taking AGG if it makes my blood sugar rise? Im not diabetic, Im testing just to see what foods my body can and cant tolerate. Do the benefits of AGG outweigh the BG level craziness?

Im going to continue my same test with other supplements such as green bean coffee extract, CLA, Chromium, and other supposed blood glucose controlling suuplements.

Any help would be very much appreciated :)
