Bad weeks lead to supreme motivation

Had a few bad weeks, those of you who have seen my posts lately kind of have an idea of what they were (hit a few amazing levels with my weight loss, so sabotaged it with cookies (daily!?), a burger or two..and just bad decision making). I've had a really stressful set of weeks, am up for a job opportunity which could literally change my life, which has lead to a ton of stress, actually gave myself a mini cold (which won't leave) from worrying and stressing so much! This kind of lead to me not wanting to eat for a few days, but shoving food which tasted a little better than my main (healthy) food options...These are all excuses though, and life happens!

So today I'm turning that around! I'm upset because I know that tomorrow will NOT be a good day for my diet, I know I will go backwards, and that's OK in the long run. So back to positive things, tonight I ended up cooking 5 meals worth of food (Which is a good excuse to NOT waste my time on buying food tomorrow or the next few days)

3 Meals: 8 oz Turkey breast w/ 2-3 cups broccoli and 1 cup (or so) black beans

2 Meals: 6 oz Lean Steak w/ 1/2 cup black beans and 2 cups broccoli.

Overall, pretty darn healthy meals if I do say so! This was my key to losing this weight in the first place, time to get myself accustom to eating this way again!

Anyway, my real message, question, or purpose here is to say that sometimes life gets in the way. You don't have to have "food addictions", or ravenous hunger which overtakes you to sabotage yourself. If you do...it's not the end of the world, just go strong for the next few days and you'll be back on track in no time!
