Supplements in Australia

I am not sure if this question has been asked before but I'm going to ask anyway. I live in Adelaide, Australia and I am planning on starting the geek to freak next week but i want to be fully prepared. I don't think i can get many of the supplements on Tim's list. Are there any alternatives i can buy or does anyone know where i can get them in Australia?
