Can someone please post a comprehensive list of exactly what foods are allowed and not allowed on the slow-carb diet? I keep hearing contradicting things and just want a list that I can print out once and for all.

I workout first thing in the AM, or it doesn't happen. Can I wait until my workout (usually 30-45 min) is over to eat, or should I eat first? It would litterally be eat, put dishes in dishwasher, workout, so I don't know if that's too soon. I expect most days I'll be eating 2 scrambelled eggs w/ veggies.

This makes about half a pint of 'shake' 1tbsp of peanut butter (occassional) 1 1/2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa 1 egg white 1/2 tbsp of stevia (sweet tooth sorry) and enough unsweetened Almond milk to take it up to the half pint mark. blitz in a belnder/food processor and hay presto, an 'occassional' SCD drink.
