I'm 7 weeks in and have lost 2 inches on my waist, 7 lbs on the scale and the results are noticeable. They're not drastic changes but noticeable. So I went to a sushi restaurant today (my favorite) and was able to indulge in all the yummy goodness by only asking them to wrap my roll in cucumber instead of rice. That's right! Apparently it's called Kanisu and as long as they're willing to make it you are able to order ANY roll kanisu style. I'm so happy now that I h...

Hello fellow 4HB Slow Carbers! I'm trying to create an online PDF version of a slow carb cookbook for anyone on this site as well as anyone starting the Slow Carb routine. In my experience frustration with lack of recipes or actively knowing where to find a recipe you might be craving can be one of the most annoying set bac...

Hi guys, Finally got my act together and took some 'after' pictures. Seen some pretty dramatic results from this over a 4 week period. Followed the SCD almost to perfection but have not taken PAGG and haven't done any cold water / ice pack stuff - I did recently purchase a chin-up bar and have been going hell for leather on...
