Down down deeper and down
Fat loss continues! Down another 1.7% since the last reading with no overall weight loss. So I'm at 12.6% from 14.3% (and overall down from above 20% from March). Keep going everyone!
Latest measurement. 12.6% bodyfat-same weight. Only change reducing lentils by 25% and 130g tuna instead of salmon.

The title says it all. I just made some tweaks to the regimen and fat just disappeared. Full diet plan on request. I was 12st 8lbs now 11st 9lbs. Keep going everyone!
