I've been carrying around the book and I've been reading it here and there. However I haven't started anything. I don't need to loose weight but I need to get the belly fat down. How did you start? Why are there so many questions asked that are clearly answered in the book? I always see people asking if wheat bread is okay or if sweet potatos are okay? I understand there are areas that are not covered in the book, but some questions make me laugh / cry sometime.
