Poor girl! I go once a day on regular days but on cheat day I go at least 3 times. I try to focus on fiber rich carbs for the ones I do eat that day to make sure the junk food I eat moves through....

I drink between 128-200 oz a day and I pee once an hour but it helps me with hunger.
