This is awesome! I was using scd as I rough guide but as its gone on iv started to become full scd, iv done 3 weeks and am getting stricter and stricter!! Top tip
i think this is actually working!
So 4 weeks ago I decided to lose weight, I had previously tried scd so this time have gradually brought it in, I'm down 10lbs! I'm guessing some of it must be loss of water but still very happy!
Any other signs? I don't recall a metal taste so guessing its not happened to me1
