Ease yourself into it. Try lowering temperature over period of time, say 60 sec at the time. That worked for me.
What do you do for workouts?
Try punish and reward system. Each time you go toward kitchen force yourself to do pushups, squats or sit-ups. Increase them every time it happens in a day. Each day/night you get through, reward ...
So far, I've been working out twice a week for 30 minutes, as the book says, but I feel like I'm not exercising at ALL and worried I might get fat/lose the muscle I built up. Can I go more often?
