Have you tried tech tees or baselayers? They help wick sweat away from your skin unlike cotton. Cotton is a rubbish material for any kind of physical activity

Exactly, I researched a bit in to cleansing about 5 years ago and the scientific data did not live up to the claims.

I don't think you're getting enough protein and fat in at breakfast. Try adding some of the beans you'd have from lunch in too. Better to split the beans than eat them all in one go in my opinion....
