@Alexander I suspect the gain was from water retention in the muscles after working out. You are a brave man to go 36 hours without eating. Now go get yourself some food!

I tend to not skip my meal in the morning because it is the most important one. Even if I feel bloated and not really wanting to eat, I still eat it.
