I can't do it anymore
I can't wear some jeans that fit snug just a couple weeks ago. They are too loose and it's become too burdensome to try to keep them from falling off, even with a belt. Time to donate them!

My guess, and it's purely a guess, is that if you take the supplements and get them to normal levels that it will help your weight loss along with PAGG.
I'm now finding that I have to be careful when I wear my ring because it's so loose it might fall off.

If you're going to measure everyday, don't expect weight loss everyday. Even in the book Tim mentions that fluctuations occur daily. It's what you weigh the morning of your cheat day that counts...

Try making small changes and then tracking them. For example, if you are consuming nuts, try eliminating them and see if that helps you break the stall.

I would agree that it's ok to eat for your dinner, but I wouldn't make a habit of fixing it due to the high fat content.
