I workout first thing in the AM, or it doesn't happen. Can I wait until my workout (usually 30-45 min) is over to eat, or should I eat first? It would litterally be eat, put dishes in dishwasher, workout, so I don't know if that's too soon. I expect most days I'll be eating 2 scrambelled eggs w/ veggies.

And then continue through 8pm on Saturday? So like you cheat on Friday night by going out, etc. and then cheat on Saturday DAY and then after dinner on Saturday night around 7pm or so you go back to clean? Could be a bad idea throwing sleep in the middle of it all but what do you think?

I know I tend to panic a little. Then I up my exercise and start eating less (unconsciously). This just makes the plateau worse since I don't end up eating enough. Going back and reading the book again is helping this time around with staying the course, though. What goes through your head when your weight loss slows down...
