I can't stop peeing!

Yesterday, I only drank a liter of water and peed most of the day. I was up until almost 1 am peeing non stop! I did have some coffee around 6:30 pm, but coffee really doesn't make me pee this much! This is getting silly! When, if ever does this stop? Please tell me there is some benefit to this?

I have now completed my first 30 days on the Slow Carb Diet, which I have done strictly. Sorry, that's the best title I could come up with. LOMAD. Liter of Milk a Day. Have you done it? Did your BF% increase, stay the same.... OR did it drop? GOMAD. Gallon of Milk a Day Did you do it without puking? Photos would be a great help! (not of the puking-- of your body changes!! sickos)

Does anyone feel more tired after starting this diet?

I know most people say they feel like they have MORE energy, but I'm feeling significantly more tired. Just wondering if I'm detoxing sugar or something? Anyone have any ideas?
