Foods to avoid on Cheat Day?

I've had very mixed results recovering from Cheat Day based on what I eat. What are some of the foods that other people have found led to unexpectedly high weight gain, water weight retention, etc.? Pizza seems particularly bad.

Looking for some 4 hour people that began the diet already fairly thin. I'm wondering if there are people, like me, who took up the diet to achieve more toning and overall leanness, rather than just weight loss. How was your experience?

I see so many are jumping from one diet to another, or mixing it together. Are they really that much alike? I find it so confusing when I seek questions about 4HB and then I find something else what do you do?
