has anyone tried skipping entirely the waking meal/breakfast as a sort of intermittent fasting thing? so basically, nixing the 30 g of protein until lunch. from a caloric count, doesnt chop off more than 150-200 cals max (tuna for instance). but this was more of a recovery post binge from cheat day - you know, the kind wh...
