Fall 2007: December 2008 at 348 Pounds: December 2010 at 260 Pounds: Here is a pic that I took last weekend: Right now, I am about 5 pounds or...

I've been carrying around the book and I've been reading it here and there. However I haven't started anything. I don't need to loose weight but I need to get the belly fat down. How did you start? What Motivated you all to begin? It seem very overwhelming. I have told other's about the book and its a good read.

This time around I'm heading for a weekend trip with a couple of my boyfriend's friends. I want to feel good about myself around them cos I don't want them to think that my boyfriend is a...

I am getting tired of people thinking they should be losing weight faster. Most of us have been overweight for years. Now that we've found a way to get healthy and lose the extra pounds, many bloggers are in a rush. 5 pounds a week is not healthy. I say, give it some time. Why do you have to lose it so quickly? How lon...

Needless to say with all the weight I had put on over the years and the little mobility I had as a computer technicia...

This may not sound like party-town to all you young people on here, LOL, but I'm excited, so please share my happiness with me, and since I cannot drink, have a cold one (on cheat day!) and make a toast to Tim for me! I've been on meds for high blood pressure for at least 5 years now. The past several weeks, my blood pr...

Is it possible to be to young to go on this diet? I'm 14, and I just wanted to try it. I'm not over weight but I just wanted to become healthier ( especially after noticing my dad lose 50 pounds in under 4 months.) I've done it for 3 weeks, and I'm about to take a week off because I have to ( going away. ) I haven't been wei...

Have been on SCD for over a month with good results, have found binge days to be more of a burden. My wife does alot of my cooking she is a legend. All the effort we both put in to applying the SCD rules on top of the exercises seems some what wasted after the Binge day. Enjoying the SCD food and recipes all you guys hav...
