Here is my 120 Day pic. My 75 day pic can be found here. 75 Days Before I have now hit my goal weight of 165 lbs. I still want to lose some body fat and pack on some muscle, but I am happy with my weight.

I am wondering if anyone has had any problems with consuming more than the recommended 1 tbsp of almond or peanut butter per day? I have been using it for in between meal snack. I am also only on day 4 of Slow carb and I have lost 2 lbs. I only have 10lbs to lose and I work out 4 days a week with 2 of those days being weight...
