Hello, In the first Chapter, under "Rapid Fat Loss" Tim doesn't tell you to read the "Damage Control" chapter. So I thought that there was no need to follow them on my weekly cheat day. Is it really necessary?

I'm dying to have a diet coke with my lunch, or just something sweet to drink - I dont' know what to do! what can I drink, I have already finished my black coffee (which I hate) and one gallon of water! I plan to drink more water, will the diet coke mess me up? I'm on my first week back on 4HB.
