Ever since reading Martin's blog post last week here fkarounditis I've had to restrain myself quite a bit from answering some questions---out of fear of being---'too harsh'. Has anyone read the book Wheat Belly by William Davis? I read about it in the paper today and it sounds just like the 4HourBody but with more of the science explained. If you've read it can you let me know if it's worth the buy? Better or worse than 4HB? http//www.wheatbellyblog.com/
