What would you recommend as drinks for social occasions on a regular day during the Slow Carb diet? I know that all artificial sweeteners are supposed to stall fat loss but to what extent? A lot of the protein bars and shakes out there contain sucralose / Splenda. I'm curious to know if I there's a specific limit on how much I can have per day?
