Are women finding success with 4 Hour Body? Over at 4-HBTalk we are discussing this and the women are not seeing very good results. Any feedback you can offer? I read about Laura Cox on this site - way to go. She changed things up - no beans at main meals, no snacks. Look forward to your replies.

I've been carrying around the book and I've been reading it here and there. However I haven't started anything. I don't need to loose weight but I need to get the belly fat down. How did you start? What Motivated you all to begin? It seem very overwhelming. I have told other's about the book and its a good read.

I have adjusted the diet to fit me a little better over the past 30 days. I cut way back on the beans, and I only eat them at one mea...

My 12 year old daughter has had some weight gain in her stomach and above hip/lower back area over the last couple of years. I had hoped it was hormonal and/or a "phase" but it has not subsided. She is now becoming very insecure about it and is begging me to help her loose weight. Is there a modified version of the SCD th...

I'm a bigtime coffee addict and have a $600 cappuccino maker at home that I use and abuse several times per day. Enter the slow-carb diet and cappuccinos are now double espressos with whipped cream and Stevia, cry! Honestly not worth drinking in my opinion, and if it weren't for the coffee withdrawal headaches I would have q...

I am literally 1/4lb from my goal, and honestly I really don't think I need or want to continue, if I lost anymore I would start to look sick.. And my BMI is 19.5 so I really don't think getting down to 130lbs would be a very good idea at all, even though I was 124lbs in July, I am older and still growing, so my current weig...

So I'm gonna post my typical meals since my results are so good!

Hello, I saw an interview Tim did on the Dr. Oz show and looked him up online and I am VERY interested in starting this diet. It seems to emphasize the low/slow carb point of view, which I nice. I already started cutting white carbs out of my diet and felt a definite reduction in bloating. I'm interested in all the tips the ...

I'm hoping I'm not crazy.... I've always had out of wack emotions a few days before my period. When life is good it's not as noticeable and when it's blue, it can be a brick wall. Lately--last year or so--it's been manageable. I've been on the 4HD for two cycles now and both pre period days have been horrible....super em...
