I know the book states that I can't have cream in my coffee but does anyone have a suggestion as to something that I can put in it that resembles cream?? Are any of the Cremora products an option or maybe some other substitute? I love my coffee but I hate black coffee : (

I have lost 83 pounds so far but I seem to have hit a plateau now. I have about 50-60 more pounds to lose. So today has been pretty good! I ate breakfast about 7;10 this morning.
