I do one each day - Push ups, Sit Ups, Squats. I do them at random times and have built up from 25 push ups to 140, 20 sit ups to 130 and 10 squats to 70 since late May.
I drink a ton of water. When I don't drink enough water I have sore muscles. I drink probably 16 glasses of water per day.
