A cup is about 150g-200g I believe. I eat half a cup of beans on non working days and a full cup on work days.

I don't think you're getting enough protein and fat in at breakfast. Try adding some of the beans you'd have from lunch in too. Better to split the beans than eat them all in one go in my opinion....
