I know I tend to panic a little. Then I up my exercise and start eating less (unconsciously). This just makes the plateau worse since I don't end up eating enough. Going back and reading the book again is helping this time around with staying the course, though. What goes through your head when your weight loss slows down...

Is there's a special recipe adapted to women for the protein shake? As soon as I started taking it I got fatter the next morning. Then I found out it had 975 calories, which is 450 calories for breakfast alone, plus my breakfast, no wonder! Anyway, should I be skipping breakfast altogether and just having the protein shake? ...
