If anyone shops at Cost-co, you might have stumbled upon the "Tasty Bite" Madras Lentils. You get 4 packages for $10 and they take 90 secs to heat up in the microwave. Nothing in the goes against the diet, just lentils, beans and tomato sauce. These have saved my ass for work lunches!

I have a limited lunch time (as most people I'm sure). But my problem is that I'm not a morning person and I don't want to create this elaborate lunch in the morning.
